The climate council of Jönköping (Klimatrådet) is a cooperation between the county administrative board of Jönköping (Länsstyrelsen), the Region of Jönköping (Region Jönköpings län), 13 municipalities (kommun), Jönköping University and several private and public companies and organisations.
The purpose of the climate council is to implement national and regional climate goals to limit emissions of greenhouse gases, increase renewable energy and mitigate the effects of climate change.
For students
There are several possibilities for students to cooperate with the Climate council of Jönköping and its member organisations and companies. Typical student cooperation is projects, internships and thesis projects.
